Refund policy

As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product once sold.

if You Receive Damaged Product or you are not satisfied with the quality of a product you have received, you may initiate a exchange request within 3 days of the purchase Receive. To be eligible for a exchange, the product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Exchange Policy:

  2. you would have to self ship the product.
  3. Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below – * Order Number and the Name used while placing the order  *  Shipping Address : 1th FLOOR, 1011, AVADH TEXTILE MARKET, Ring Road,Umarwada, Surat, Gujarat, 395010
  4. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when the product is picked up.
  5. You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
  6. Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized for you.
  7. Exchange is possible only once. If you opt to exchange the product the 2nd time, you would have to bear the reverse shipping charges and forward shipping charges , which would cost you 300 INR.
  8. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable
  9. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  10. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

No Exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

  • Personalized products/services customized to your specifications
  • Orders that have a discount code applied to them.
  • Returns and exchanges are not permitted on items that are expressly stated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
  • Any products that were damaged by the customer are not or exchangeable.

Product sold during a clearance sale, a festival sale, an offer, or a sale with a coupon is not accepted for return.

The following procedures apply to refunds:

All payments will be processed within four working days and will only be paid via NEFT. Payments received by COD will be refunded through Mobile Wallets like GPay , PhonePe & PayTm.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and can be cancelled. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include but are not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Bank Account.
